NeverStop ("the app," "we," "us") is a personal goal, habit, and fitness tracker. This policy explains what information the app handles, how, and the choices you have. We've written it to be plain and honest. If anything here is unclear, contact us at neverstopbebetter@gmail.com.
You may enter information such as your name, optional height and weight, your goals and the reasons behind them, daily check-ins and logs (e.g. gym sessions, protein, steps, weight, notes), and an optional profile photo. This information is stored locally in your device's browser/app storage.
By default, the information above is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. Clearing the app's data, or uninstalling, removes it. Because it is device-local, it is not currently backed up or synced across devices by us.
If you enable reminders, your device registers a push subscription so we can deliver the notifications you scheduled. We store the technical subscription token needed to send those notifications. We use it only to deliver your reminders, and you can turn reminders off at any time in the app or your device settings, which stops their delivery.
If you use the AI Coach feature, the relevant goal and progress text you've entered is sent to a third-party AI provider (such as Anthropic and/or OpenAI) through a secure server function solely to generate a coaching response that is returned to you. This data is used to produce your reply and is not used by us to build a profile of you or for advertising. Please review the AI provider's policies for how they handle data sent to their APIs.
You can edit or delete your goals and logged data inside the app at any time, and you can clear all app data from the app's settings, which permanently removes the locally stored information from your device. Disabling reminders stops notification delivery.
NeverStop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will address it.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. The current planned additions — optional accounts, cloud sync, Sign in with Apple, and Apple Health (HealthKit) integration — will each be described here before they ship, including what is synced and how Apple Health data is used (read-only, on-device, never sold or used for advertising).
